β β β β β Absolutely horrible experience, middle aged Chinese lady throwing good timepieces on the table, speaking to me in a rude tone, rushing me to go on, whilst even raising her voice when im asking a simple question.i was about to purchase an oris, and wanted to see other watches first - maybe because i was wearing slippers on a public holiday made her treat us like that. Whatever judgemental culture it is there it needs to go - because i will never come here again. Better go mid valley branch.

β β β β β Very bad experience, I am a sure buy customer and would like to purchase two watches with very firm decision. But after I entered the shop, the sales lady was very arrogant and even dropped the watch on the shelf. I can't imagine if there is any damage done on that mechanical watch.
For any potential buyer, please beware and check your watch before payment.

β β β β β Poor service and attitude. You would think a sale personnel in a dapper suit would be inviting. but no! this guy literally showed me the hand while finishing his attention on his phone. I actually get better service and attitude with the workers at the aluminium recycling centre. Please, it's not that difficult to at least fake a good attitude.
