★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A premium luxury watch store selling high end brands such as Tag, Oris, Ball and more. Shop layout is very spacious and each brand name as its own section. However due to the nature of luxury goods, the shop is usually relatively empty. Staff is quite attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been looking around boutiques and AD’s in KL for this specific piece but was repeatedly told the wait list would take upwards 6 months, with no guarantee of being able to buy one later on. Had to register interest, get on wait list and try my luck. Some AD’s even refused to take down my name for whatever reasons (wasn’t very happy with the cocky attitude of one SA at THG Gardens, only for them to have overlooked and missed the business of a genuine buyer).
With one last string of hope, I texted Mr Kuik Yong Lee at Watatime Sunway Pyramid about the piece. Very friendly and responsively, he told me he was able to order one for collection within 2 weeks (depending on timing and availability). Caveat was I had to put in a deposit of half of the retail price, which I did.
Fast forward 10 days, I went and collected the watch, brand new, stickered, full set. What can I say? The service was top notch. Very happy with the watch. Friendship and connection were made.
Side note, the shop carries brands like Omega, Breitling, Tudor, Longines, Tissots, etc. They provide personalised service and are able to order your sought after piece without sweat, if it’s not available in store.
All in all, very satisfied with the kind of service I received here. They have rightly earned a loyal customer. Will come back.
