Cashier: u got 30cens?
Me:sorry ya i dont have any cens...
Cashier: you dont have or you Dont want.
Me: What do you Mean?
Then she just smile(sarcastic smile)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have 10 Watson staffs and 4 counters. Only 2 are opened. You have less than 10 customers inside. 2 cashiers are busy entertaining the customers who are registering the Watson card at the counter. The rest of us have to wait very very long for our turn to pay. The remaining Watson staffs either chit chating or look at us queuing. Cant they open another 2 more counters for us to make payment? Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier staff are so rude & impolite. When I want to pay at the first counter they told me that counter close ady, then I go the next counter, she ask why I didn't pay at the first counter & still make jokes about me among each other. Maybe they thought I can't understand Malay? If they don't want help me to make payment then just take my things out of this shop? Such irresponsible & impolite attitude make me angry & hate, hope to solve ur staff attitude problem first especially the staff at the cashier :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but convenient. I was looking for a prescription drug however the pharmacist is not around, one of the staff recommended me to visit another pharmacy around S2 and he politely apologise and gave me directions to go there. Very good costumer service. He should get a raise.
