I was casually looking through some cosmetics / lipsticks when the salesgirl kept FORCING me to take the black Watson shopping bag even when I only had one item in my hand. Not sure if this is the SOP for Ipoh branch because it’s my first time here but no such thing in KL - still couldn’t understand the logic behind it tho. She kept telling me to take the bag even when I declined politely - so I changed my mind, stopped shopping, paid for that one item and left the outlet. Bought the other 7 items that I wanted at Guardian instead.
