★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from grab mart, this watson bandar puteri caltex branch cancel 1 item without telling or even calling me, i could've cancel my order if there was a less item or let say out of stock, but this store didn't give me a call and they can cancel my 1 item by themselves without telling me. If out of stock, you should've call me and DON'T JUST CANCEL MY ITEM!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs of this branch are in a real need of customer service training. They are not friendly and rude. I've been a loyal customer of Watsons for many years and I was thrilled when a new branch opened quite near to my place but after my experience I'd rather travel farther than going to this branch. Especially an indian lady(not being racist) idk her name. They don't greet customers with a smile and all of them look like as if they're under a gun point to be working there. None has showed proper customer service. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving in this area is simply good, but the traffic is not good and there are often traffic jams and no parking spaces. Because it is in the petrol station area, the place is small, and there are McDonald's in the petrol station area.
The best way to come here is to drive your car to the parking space in the store area and walk over.
