β β β β β Cashier persuaded me to do Watsons card to which I declined at first, told her I canβt commit. She said itβs a quick process and sheβll help me fill the form. So I went ahead with it. Luckily the registration dint go through; my existing number was already registered. She thn just brush off the failed registration and proceed to bill me RM xx after scanning everything, which dint make sense to me. Thn only at that point she mentioned RM 20 is for the card registration. I was shocked becus:
1. My registration already stated failed so why am I billed?
2. She did not mention anything about having to pay for the card. I remembered back thn it dint had to cost this much? Was probably free.
Cashier was reluctant but proceeded to cancel after I insist that I shouldnβt be billed and I do not want any of that card or voucherβ¦after her colleagueβs validation only she proceeded to cancel. Watsons, pls train your staff to not mislead like this. Maybe sheβs doing it out of hunger for commissions and hence; the extreme drive to persuade you to register a new card even it itβs deemed unnecessary for a lot of people. People, please be careful next time if they ask you to register as their member.

β β β β β Very bad service at cashier counter. After choose what I want and go to make payment. Cashier is one Indian lady, name Grace and show face like just divorce with his husband maybe. Didn't have any eyes contact and after that throw my receipt on that table without say any words. This is how Watson train staff and hired staff.Very disappointed and very upset.

β β β β β An elderly chinese lady, which claims to be the supervisor who is very unfriendly and persuaded me to join the member when I refused she gave me the scorn look and very unprofessional. Please resolve this matter and teach them how to treat customer nicely. Thank you.

β β β β β crazy hard sell of their membership at the counter, it just take 2 minutes to pay and leave but wasted 10minutes there, not interested means not interested, donβt you get it?? Not to mention the joke response I get after they fail the hard sell. Every time I will think twice before entering the outlet even I need something, horrible experience.

She is really bad service and always show her black face every day! Honestly speaking, I really don't wish to see her face when I make a payment!
