★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service!!! My family just went to this Switch this afternoon. This chinese man who was their staff who tried to stop my family from buying stuff from Switch Gurney Plaza. He sees us Malays don't have the money to buy things from Switch and he kind of looks down on Malays. His service makes my family are not interested in buying. For you guys want to buy stuffs at Switch, I suggest you to go another Switch shop other than Switch Gurney Plaza.??

Excellent service by Matthew ? He tried his best to assist and solve my problem. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend Matt to assist you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service!!!!! Especially the tallest indian guy who served me. Today I went to picked up my new iphone which I have waited for more than 3 weeks. I went to the counter, everyone just look at me without asking me if I need any help. Until I say that I need to pick up my preorder. Then, they only helped me. The guy who served me looks so unwilling to help me and when he opened the box, he didn’t even ask if I want to take it out first(Especially during pandemic, customer should be the one who touch their phone or at least ask the customer to show respect). Then, he took out the phone, pressed the turn on button for a few times because it takes awhile to start up. (Since it’s a new phone). After that, he touches my phone camera screen for quite a few times (HIS FINGERPRINTS ARE ALL OVER MY NEW PHONE!) Then, he asked if the Iphone is okay (Because once we leave the store, they will not bear with any external cracks). When he asked me if the Iphone is okay, he was holding on to it! Until I asked if I can take over to check. Then only he passed to me. LOL. Of course not every staff there is not good. One guy who is standing at the front door was very polite and I felt welcomed. From the experience mentioned above, the process of me getting my new phone, I am really disappointed & dissatisfied with it. I hope switch can look into it & train their staff more often (especially those staff that was mentioned under bad review).

Once there, the salesperson was very approachable and warm. He quickly helped me to get what I want and made sure I was happy with the iPad before proceeding with the sale. Thanks Melvin, really appreciate the good service.
