★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Staff Product knowledge is poor. Ask for baby body lotion with a "product Sample" shown to staff. But staff does not know what is the product i was holding and totally do not want to look again. Staff do not take the initiative to help customer to find out but rude to customer. And ask customer u pergi tanya orang lain. Wat is this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watson’s really needs to manage its team on queue management. This outlet is pretty busy but their counters are few, usually just one counter, and if they do open a second one, their cashier team has no idea that an existing queue exists (or does not care) and the cashier passively receives any queue cutter.
This time around I gave the cashier on the spot feedback, in that they should manage their queue better. And instead of “thanks, sorry for your poor experience,” the response I got was: “why didn’t you say something earlier?”. I am rolling my eyeballs as I’m writing this...
If only Watson’s trains their staff on basic polite conversation skills instead of just motivating them to upsell/cross sell, to the irritation of a long line of customers waiting for their turn to pay.
There is a history of bad reviews here. Your customers are taking time out of their day to put a public review. I wish Watson’s managers would simply take a little bit of notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the cashier did not open their card terminal and did not put a sign with ‘cash only payment’ wasting my time q for so long only for the cashier to ask me to use other ewallet,and the manager also rude only come to ask ‘kenapa ,tak ada duit ke ?’ instead of solving their issue .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the store and was hoping for some assistance but I had to walk up and ask for some help myself and that's not the worst, in fact the staffs were judging by looks from top to bottom and was reluctant to give proper service instead just walked away while I still had trouble trying to find certain products. Would rather head over to other stores or braches to get the product and of course a better customer service. ??
