I would to make a complain about a staff was being offensive and rude towards us as my mom was looking at a product which the wrapping was already open and my mom was accused to open the wrapper and your staff didnβt care to listen to our explanation. Besides, many products there were already open by the previous customers and the staff was not aware of it and accusing it on someone else. we had to pay rm21.59 for something we didnβt do. This happened on 14 August 2020 at about 5:00 pm in Watsonβs Personal Care Stores located at Langkawi City. I hope that youβll take any action about it soon and improve your service. Thank you
