★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff tak mesra langsung, masam muka, layan acuh tak acuh, sebut harga pun nak taknak je layan kita. dah 2 kali kena macam ni dengan staff yang sama. i pun baru perasan dia, maybe staff baru. before this staff lain sangat okay. maybe company tu dia punya kot. lepas ni memang tak jejak lagi la watson mydin mutiara rini. tukar staff baru pergi. better pergi watson tesco mr, staff okay baik je.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sblumni mmg slalu pergi situ , tapi pergi baru ni ada cashier laki tu jga counter ,lepas dia promot barang tmbhan ats meja , kita xnak tmbh , dia terus buat muka, huhu hempap mesin duit , duit pun hempap ats meja x tngok muka customer dah ? kalau 10 org customer dia layan mcmtu, x tahula “)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff paling kurang ajar sekali kat sini sepanjang saya pergi watson selamani. Dengan muka masam, tak ada mesra langsung dengan customer. Nampak customer ambil barang banyak tapi tak ada datang offer kan bakul. Menjeling customer atas bawah. Siap sound suruh bayar cepat cepat lagi sebab nak tutup. So bad experience with this watson.
The most rude staff here ever since I've been to Watson forever. With a sour face, there is no direct friendship with customers. It seems that customers take a lot of goods but no one comes to offer the basket. Looking the customer up and down. Ready to sound, tell me to pay quickly again because I want to close. So bad experience with this watson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service teruk sgt, ada staff india lelaki. Waktu nk bayar tu dia promote barang pwp. Lepastu bila kita kata tak nak dia paksa pksa juga. Then bila nak bayar total Rm 25 mcm tu, kita dh hulur 50 dia kata takda baki, kena bagi duit kecik. Seriously kedai watson takda baki?? Oklah takpa, lepastu tukar bayar pakai kad, tiba2 cakap terminal kad tu rosak. 2 mggu lepastu dtg balik nk beli brg yg sama harga yg sama dpt pula cashier laki yg sama. Punn dia buat mcm tu juga. C’mon la jgn tipu customer. Saya tk thu la berapa rmai customer dh kena mcmtu. Tolongla manager ambil tindakan. Saya dulu pun krja retail tak prnh nya terminal kad tu smpai 2 mggu rosak tak dibaiki. Tak elok anaiya customer.

Then when we want to pay a total of Rm 25 mcm, we dh hulur 50 he said there is no balance, we have to pay a small amount. Seriously the watson store has no balance ?? Oklah takpa, then I changed the payment using the card, suddenly the card terminal was broken. 2 weeks ago, I came back to buy the same item for the same price, I can also get the same male cashier. Punn he did that too. C’mon la jgn tipu customer. I don't know how many customers there are. Please manager take action. I used to work in retail, but the card terminal was damaged and not repaired for 2 weeks. I'm not a good customer.
