★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier annoying. Keeps on forcing me to buy their member card when i have said no multiple times. She started to show off moody face after that. From nice to moody attitude so quick after saying we said NO to their member cards promo.

This review is for the one upstairs next to brands outlet...Warning...very poor service at cashier... always a long line to pay like more than 10 ppl in line and they take their own sweet time for each person. Avoid unless u really need something from watson otherwise try another watson or if at nusentral try guardian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience shopping at this watson. You need to queue for so long to buy your items. I came here so many times but no improvement change. I am not sure whether the cashier here are so slow or the location of cashier not suitable. Please improve!
