β β β β β One of the best Watson shop that I have ever visited in terms of customer service. I have been going to this Watson for long time. The staffs over here are really helpful. If you need something, they will definitely recommend the product to you. In case if they do not know, then they will ask some other staff and will come back to you to explain to you. For my opinion their customer service is much better than Guardian@Paradigm. The management should really appreciate their staffs over here for this behaviour.

β β β β β Went there at 11:05 12.05.21 when the pharmacist is supposed to be there at 11AM on Wednesdays. Pharmacist didn't come to work. Not only that, the two ladies at the counter did not say a word to me after I asked them 3 times of their pharmacists is coming or not. Each time I asked they look at me and just look away without answering. Typical Malaysian customer service.

β β β β β Typical outlet. Kudos to the staff here. On our visit, they were attentive and helpful. Observed the pharmacist to be very patient in explaining to another customer. Good job.

β β β β β This outlet was moved to this location with a bigger space. Spaces between aisles are just OK for other person to pass by. Selections of items are sometimes limited for certain products. They do have counter with pharmacist to explain and recommend products according to your need and requirements.
