★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwongsai specialties : stuffed bean curd (full of meat, good taste, but clear soup a bit salty), braised pork with fried mantao (flavourful, but sauce a bit oily). Also try the steamed mihun with ginger, enough for two pax. Remember to add the Chinese wine. They also sell a lot of snacks and sauces, and Bentong ginger powder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was nice.. Good place for family gatering, quite place and empty on the weekdays. The seafood beancurd is the best and must try the shrimp ball, really delicious. Price slightly higher than the usual restaurants. Overall, its recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the branch at Paradigm Mall. Basically the same menu as the original restaurant. The Bentong ginger sauce is stll the best. Ordered extra to go with the dishes. Had the steamed Tapah ginger fish last time, so ordered the steamed ginger Patin instead. Fish was quite fresh and steamed just right. Loads of ginger. But like the Tapah fish, the Patin lacked a bit of salt. The flesh was a bit bland. Needed some soy sauce and it was ok. The signature pork ribs was delicious indeed. The claypot salted fish pork belly was alright, not the best. Ordered a simple Th'ng Chatt veg with scrambled eggs. Quite nice. The pot of Pu'Er tea was great, thick and tasty. Price-wise a bit above average. Service was OK. Not bad, will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best "gingerized" food around, the "ginger chicken bihun" is a must. Edit in 2020: This restaurant has lost its charm and a bit of soul over the years guess that is sort of expected with F&B brands with multiple outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After passing this place umpteen times and reading few rave reviews, we decided to have lunch here. The place has a contemporary decor with a relaxing setting. We ordered the signature rice wine chicken noodle soup and other side dishes had a hearty meal. Crew service was good as it was not crowded yet. Prices were above average but still good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor food quality + small portion for the money , order the chicken rice set but the chicken bone is more than meat ! It's come for very last min (I have asked the supervisor to cancel since all the other dishes had been finished ) and the supervisor told me it fresh too cook so I have to wait. Not a comfortable restaurant too , is quite hot. Another branch ( Selayang ) is better than here. Not worth the price.
