β β β β β The pharmacy is always unavailable I swear I went there more than 15 times in different days, the pharmacist is always having lunch not around or closed. Theyβre lazy high paid employees I guess.

β β β β β The most unprofessional and uncapable staff I've ever seen. They're probably too young I don't know but they just don't want to help you and clearly make you understand that if you ask something you bother them. They are all talking to each other all the time staying all behind the counter next to each other while there's clearly no need for every one to be there at the same time. If you ask a question in English they laugh at you and speak in their language to each other. This was disrespectful and outrageous! We simply asked for something specific which they claimed not to have but we ended up finding 4 different brands on the same shelf. They just didn't bother helping that's all! They don't care as they're getting paid by the hour but if I was the store manager I would like to know how badly my employees are contributing to the productivity of the store. I will never go to this Watsons ever again!

β β β β β Service is very bad the cashier is so rude .. Just because I dont have small cash. PLEASE BE NICE TO YOUR customers, Even he/she doesn't have any small cash and she gave me an evil look... totally rude ... dislike I never will come to Watson at sungei wang.
