★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in without a mask,as the media says mask is not mandatory anymore to enter shops,but if u think mask is mandatory for ur shop then u should put a notice at the entrance.today i encounter a very rude staff,she was thin with a specs on,when i wanted to purchase something from your shop.she says mask is mandatory for watson as per police order in a very rude tone,im not sure how far its true.futhermore there is nobody in the shop when i entered in.she can say things in polite way instead of being rude after all im not coming to rob ur shop...pls have some manners or u can make ur instructions more clearer by hanging some notice at ur shop entrance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness there is still Watson store in Batu Caves but to compared between other watson store, its not bad. Even the perfomance of the workers are good and the cleanliness is just great. But I prefer watson selayang more because the store there is more complete in the aspect of the makeups and skincare sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27th July @9.40pm- OMG..we had experienced the same thing..my wife went there just to buy hand wash but she forgot to wear mask because we just finished our dinner at the nearby restaurant & unintentionally left it in the car.the staffs (2 of them) talked in a rude manner & caused her left the shop without buying anything...poor management when your staff was always not available at the entrance door to ensure all the SOPs being carried out at the 1st place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Branch management conspired with staffs to lie to customer to avoid honoring voucher promotion. Staff named Idayu treated customer with condescending attitude. Not just a problem with this branch. Complained to headquarter too, and they didn't take seriously at all.
