overall good experience here, very friendly people, cozy environment. they are willing to take the responsibility when there's issue, which impressed me. A lady with pony tail(sorry forgot to ask her name ?) was very very nice and patiently explained everything in detail to me and suggested only the suitable products to me. just that there's another staff who was a bit too hard sell on the olaplex products ?

Excellent experience from the saloon with very friendly staffs serving around. I’ve been looking for hairstylist especially good in short haircut. I got short haircut by the master Simon and hair treatment here. Definitely will come back again and the saloon is clean, nice and comfy. Strongly recommended!

Wave salon gonna be my new favourite salon. Tiptop services, done a hair and scalp treatment here. The staff explained my scalp n hair condition so detail! I love it. Very comfy place. All of the staff are so warm. Will definitely come again. ❤️

First time to be here and overall for Wave Salon is great! Friendly staff that can chit-chat with me, amazing environment, clean and tidy, great patients and service. They did recommend to me how should I do my hair for better results and the outcome are amazing. The price are a little pricey compared to a lower standard salon but it still worth the money.

Service is excellent throughout the visit. Thank you Qii gave me on suggestion and tips of hair care to me. She’s friendly and professional. Environment is great and many spots to take photo. ? I did Keratin treatment as my hair was damaged and lack of protein which looks messy. Turned into younger look now. Thank you.

Done with Milbon Treatment and my hair look more healthy and shinny! Staff was friendly and explain to me about the treatment before doing it. Definitely will come again for this treatment. Not to mention the place was clean and cozy??Great experience for 1st time

Saw so many great reviews on this hair salon, so decided to give it a try. First of all, the service was great and the staffs were friendly but not their skill and honesty. Spent almost RM1.2k on my hair and the end result was so disappointing. Not sure how honest the reviews were as apparently they sponsored influencers to promote their salon but this is what I'd encountered during my visit. Did their Milbon hair treatment as they advertised that it repairs dry, damage hair and provides shines to the hair. The treatment was relatively super fast and the best part is there's no steaming at all. Steaming was supposed to open up the hair cuticles and allow the product to absorb into the hair. So after the whole treatment, I didn't even see any shine on my hair as claimed by them. When I asked one of their staff, she said it depends on individual's hair. If that's the case then this is false advertising and my hair wasn't damage to begin with. One of the main reasons why I visited this place all the way from KL is cause I love their skill in doing highlights and was so impressed by their skill. To my surprise, it was so disappointing. The hairstylist didn't mention that I will need to bleach my hair twice to achieve the lighter highlights that I wanted. The total price for 2 times bleaching was RM280 + RM140. All she told me was she needed to add additional bleach cause it's not light enough so I thought maybe just now she didn't put enough product, not knowing that this is actually additional RM140. I'd previously bleached my hair before and according to my previous hairstylist, my hair is not super black and I don't need to bleach 2 times. If I'd known that I'll need to bleach my hair twice then I wouldn't have done it cause I have fine hair and it is not suitable to bleach twice, so yeah as expected after bleaching twice, my hair looked so dry and damaged. Best part is the highlights were not even done evenly. There are some parts with more highlights and all the inner hair with no highlights at all. Then the highlights only started approximately 1.5 inches down from the top which makes it look like this was done 2-3 months ago and now it's growing out. So I'd tried to sort this issue out with them and they didn't seem to be interested in replying. The after service was just so bad. It's like they didn't care after messing up people's hair cause the money is already been paid for. Mine you that this is not cheap and the end result was super disappointing. I am not looking for any free service or treatment but rather a solution to fix my messed up hair. So bottom line is that, not everything you see online is good until you'd tried it yourself. So no, I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely not worth the price. First and last for sure.
