★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with my brazillian from waxnique. Samantha has great technique and managed to make it far less painful than my previous brazillian. She also offered aftercare advice with no hard selling and all prices were clearly discussed beforehand over Whatsapp. Parking is easy to find at the underground carpark and just a short walk to her studio. Overall very pleasant and satisfying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly there aren't many, if any, waxing salons in the Batu Ferringhi area. So when google showed me that this one was about 20 minutes from my hotel, I decided to take a chance, even though there were no reviews listed under the search. I reached out via WhatsApp and I was told they were having a promotion and the Brazilian wax was 100rm. Who doesn't love a promotion. ?
The studio is located in a typical Malaysian style shopping complex, nothin fancy. However, the actual studio is clean, comfortable and inviting. When I walked into the shop, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I don't write reviews often only when a business really deserves it or doesn't deserve it, and this place definitely earned my 5 stars. Samantha was super sweet and I appreciated her dedication to ensuring my experience remained comfortable and as painless as possible. She took her time to ensure the little stubborn hairs were plucked away, including the ones in the rear. I would definitely return to this waxing studio again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend went here to wax her legs. In her words: „it is very clean, work was done very precise and professional and the legs are feeling perfectly smooth“. Absolutely recommend and would go again.
For me, I could wait at the entrance, they have some comfy chairs and even water if you were thirsty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place on google and went earlier today. Not only was the waxing extremely professional and well done but the customer service was excellent. I felt really well taken care of and Samantha even helped me get home safely. If I lived in Penang I would go here every time. Five star rating for five star service. Plus my legs are smooth and no red dots and painless.

I went here despite not that many google reviews. Don't let fool yourself, they have lots of customers. Samantha was super sweet. She managed to get me in her packed agenda. She communicated almost immediqtely and even checked with me the day after! Both Brazilian waxing and half leg waxing were professionally done. She was checking with me all the time and used good quality products. No problems even on the next day. And she had a great promotion for Chinese New Year, good timing to go there :) I would definitely go again.
