★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response although feedback given to IDCC n WS. IDCC - why ask for feedback with form when no action taken?
1. For amount paid, food n dessert display look tak ada standard. Kueh2 n cendol was late, being set up slowly by foreigners who were poorly dressed for work.
2 . Immediate complaint about white rice being soggy and appeared recycled rice.
3. Whilst idcc has option for covered chairs which many colour to choose from which were used by wedding planners in the other halls, cheap looking chairs were opted with dirty cushions. Some had no cushion. Option given?
4. Assigned person who had all the discussion suddenly was replaced by another person who had little clue of what had been discussed.
5. Already paid. Retention sum to consider.
6. Maybe shld go through IDCC, and check out all those on their on panel.
7. Best thing - like the hall size n location to surau. Like the multi storey car park of IDCC. Some guest not aware of it. Some people got lost nattended wrong function. Suggest Include more visible parking signage. Master signage for all functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client seemed stuck with previous wedding's seating arrangement unless client is really insistent the arrangement changes.
Food are edible but not really the "urmmm so delicious" type. Can't complain too much coz they cook for the mass.
And can't simple blackout when the 5K deposit is non refundable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for holding events but did food tasting n it is not delicious at all because they serve the same food for all the wedding functions that is five events at one time. One event hall more then 250 pax. There is no selection of foods at all.
