After more than one year since my last complain they have not refunded or transfered my balance from their Oasis Outlet to their Aman Suria Outlet. I have to warn customers that their outlets are not cooperating with each other and it is NOT true that you can use any of their outlets seemlessly. Even after one year when i brought this up with the same wonderful person who promised to check on this, i have not recieved an answer after 1 month. CUSTOMER SERVICE is clearly not their prioriry or strength. I regret supporting them by buying a big package. The service was good 4 years ago. When I transfered my account to their Oasis outlet because their Aman Suria outlet was raided, they did dubious accounting manipulatiin which until today they refuse to explain. I dont know when this person will reply me but i know if I dont post this here they wont reply, and they think they can get away with it. Irresponsible Business Owners and Managers.

I have been trying to get management to either improve their service or refund my money for 2 months. Ever since they were raided by immigration two months ago they have not replaced their good staff. I have been their Customer for 3 years now and I am rather disappointed but not surprised at their lack of attention.
The management only cares about getting their Customers to sign up a "new" package. Despite selling me a new package a month ago the owner asked me to top up and could not remember that she had sold me a package just a month ago. SHE was nevertheless very enthusiastic about selling me more, quite happy with herself, and her aggressive sales approach. She is wrong... Customers wants service and not empty promises.

β β β β β Nice environment...staff's skill were impressive. Highly recommended. I went there because of Groupon promo. Usually beauty care service will try to promote their oil or essence during massage which somehow or rather quite annoying as we are trying to enjoy. V beauty is the 1st stop where they just start massage straight off...I like how they respect customers decision without kept pulling sale. Definitely will come again.

β β β β β Very disappointed. V- beauty taken over by new company but they will not honor my package. I still have 12 sessions left. Feel cheated. Even tho I have so many sessions left, they still want me to top up RM1980 so I can continue to use my package. If I accept means I wld HV paid nearly RM3000 for massage services? I feel so cheated

β β β β β Bought a groupon for a massage here and was pleased with my first ever massage. The masseuse was a Myanmar lady who was very welcoming. When the massage ended, another friendly lady served ginger tea and asked how I felt. It felt great to have experienced my first massage and good customer service too. What a steal!! Also, the interior was really nice too!
Other good deals were available here and needless to say, I would definitely be back for more.
