★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect condominium in Penang with nice gym and pool facilities. It's also near RapidPenang bus station around 3 mins walk, and also about 5 mins by car from Butterwork centeral station (Ferry/Bus/Train). It's a little far from restaurants and malls, but there's a nice place that I discovered near the building named "EconSave", it's a big super market with lots of choices, but Mydin for me is much better place for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture is worse than the present BANDARAYA FLATS. THE CORRIDORS WILL BE INUNDATED WITH RAIN WATER. THE SITUATION /SCENARIO HASNT CHANGED FOR THE PAST TWO N A HALF YEARS!!!!! THE BUILDING HAS MANY INHERENT DEFECTS N REQUIRES UPGRADING WHICH IS RECTIFIED AT SNAILS PACE OR TOTALLY IGNORED INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS. GOD BLESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't waste your money. Developer (OSK) and management are so bad, they are the true sense of "can't organise a piss up in a brewery." Tenants have been plagued by mould, water flow problems and lifts being flooded.
One lift flooded in January, NOTHING WAS DONE. On 28 March, all 3 lifts were flooded. 4 days of no lifts and no staircase signage. All 3 lifts were only functional in early September. This month, only 2 lifts are working. Gym also gets flooded.
BUT management fees need to be paid in full and on time. Because those are the "rules."
We have been asking OSK why nothing was done when the lift flooded in January. At the time of writing, no response.
Developer's response? We had a "dialogue" session and when tenants had questions, they left.
JMB response? They mostly side with the developer.
Management response? Slow, but the new management (since June 2017) has made some progress compared to the previous one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the stay. Spacious apartment, quiet area, can make use of pool and gym and the ferry (trains/buses) is very close. Great location for a couple wanting to spend time together.
