★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great securities with great amenities. The guards there are really thorough when doing their jobs and the facilities provided are often serviced and taken care of.
Also the location is strategic as it is nearby the up and coming Penang Sentral and a host of food outlets which make dining an easy task for travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is really overthinking menial thing like blocking the spot front of guardhouse and other insignificant things. Gym is not properly maintained. Cleaners are overworked. Security are majority lazy with head bending 60-90 degree because on the phone 24/7.

I'm resident at Ocean View, cause out side hv limited motor park and I want to park my motorcycle inside my car parking lot, but the management says with me I can't park my motorcycle in car park lot, then i think it doesn't matter. But I just saw other people park motor like this in his car park lot (refer attachment photo), I'm conflicted why i can't??? Are their motorcycles better and bigger then me???
All in all, the management there is lazy, the security very lazy. Can only be described as "VERY BAD" feel i'm on Ocean View (Butterworth)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place. The atmosphere of Ocean View Residences is a respecting and care of people who lives here. They have good areas for chilling and rest. There are a little but not bad GYM, good swiming pool and sauna. And it is not far of the center of city if using a ferry. A railway and bus stations are close too.
