They explained the whole step and procedure to me clearly before they even started the installation. Installation time is shorter than what I expected.
Overall, Clean Installation with the most reasonable pricing in the market currently.

To start off, lift were not installed properly causing wear to the motor in just less than 1 month of use.
Poor after sales service. Slow to respond to call to repair lift.
Have to call to remind company to conduct scheduled maintenance service.
Technician came and the first thing they want is to ensure payment is in. Payment made, service technician dismantle faulty part but were unable to fix the replacement part to the lift - unbelievable!
Between appointing Western vs having no lift - you might be better off with choosing the latter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed the lift in our house. Before handing over I noticed the lift was held up with reverts. After asking the main guy Carlson to explain what was the justification of using it he claimed it was as what it was in thier showroom. I was flabbergasted with his answer and we almost got into a fist fight if it wasn't forr his staff who calmed the situation. To my disbelief he showed up again to give a quote for another installation and gave his screwed up explanation on how he wanted to install the lift at my new shop lot, I have put my foot down and have wowed never to use them again. I know there will be some backlash from the company but from all the reviews you can see there's something not right with the company. Also found they have a dud lift in Subang Airport that they fitted and till date not operational

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to install an elevator at home because of the after sales service. To my surprise, there is no such hassle. Despite the sustained period of mco, the elevator works fine.
Now need maintenance but no complains.
