★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOO SLOW IN REPAIRING THE LIFT IN PANGSAPURI DAMAI. YES, UNDERSTAND IT IS BROKEN DUE TO THE RECENT FLOOD, HOWEVER, YOUR STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. ARRIVE AT SITE NEARLY END OF OFFICE HOURS. NOT RESPONSIVE WHEN THE JMB CALLED. NO RESPOND WHEN ASK TILL WHEN THE RESIDENT NEED TO CLIMB UP 12 LEVEL STAIRS. LOUSY COMPANY, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO WONDER YOU HAVE LOTS OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS GOING ON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lift settings and services. Brand new lift in brand new Condo can break down few times a month. Don't know how they past the qc. The cables of lift start to break too only after 2 years using. Terrible experiences with the quality, have no idea how can the lift last for 5 years or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cheap but the maintenance fee is high so pls consider twice before deciding to take it. Our condo using this brand need repair frequently and cost very high. They program the three lift to function same which means when someone press level 10, all three lifts gone up at once. Then lower level tenant who has pressed earlier than upper level tenant still not able to get the lift, as all gone up. Its just like we having one lift in the condo. Called many times to come do setting but never been entertained. Poor service. Plan to change lifts.
