★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst place to get your money from, if anyone is in a hurry better go somewhere else where people are a bit more serious cuz those people are literally the worse, very unreliable rude and unprofessional, i kept waiting for 30 minutes cuz the staff was putting make up and she couldn't pause for 5 mins or less just to give me my transfers! so rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to cash my money and was in a hurry. They made a Malaysian jump the line and take my turn and when I told them I'm in a hurry and if I be late I'd have to pay extra 500 ringgit fees for my university they said they don't have cash right now and that if I don't like it maybe I should search for better money transfer services.. The guy in there was really rude and arrogant and kept asking me if I understood what he said or not. Never going to cash my money from there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last two visits, long queue and only one person serving. I waited 40 minutes last time for a transaction that takes 2 minute. Another wasting time doing photocopies. Every time I send money they waste time photocopying my ID... Even though it's sending money to the same person...
