Those tiles are broken cannot exchange due to your tiles must be completed one box (they didn't tell me about it), then I asked if I buy another box, then make it one box in order to exchange also cannot ... Well done ?I spent 10k plus to buy tiles from your place can't even get an exchanged for few pieces of tiles
I have nothing better to say, I won't buy tiles from here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop shop for WH tiles. Very complete and had good experience dealing with them here. Fast procedure and response, took about 30mins from placing order until good collection. Advisable to come earlier for shorter waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are way cheaper then white horse if bought at distribution shop. Was quoted per tiles would be RM7.30 here but was charged RM8.30 at the factory itself. So don’t waste time coming here. Just get your tile needs at tiles distribution shops directly. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant shopping experience of buying tiles here, service is good, showroom is very huge. If improvement needed to be, it is the tiles self collection waiting area is outdoor, quite hot.

I end up purchase my bathrooms and kitchen tiles over there. After paying the amount which is at 12.33pm, until now 15.20pm... my order has not received yet!!!!!
Imagine how long I have to wait? They dont even border to listen to you. I saw my paper ordered has been discard away.. pull and push onto the back.
There were plenty of lorry been came late but already out with their things.
I have very frustrated and will not consider to come here again!.
