β β β β β I was extremely impressed throughout my visit. All the Doctors and staff were wearing PPE and carrying out the correct procedures during this pandemic. My dentist was first class, she explained everything as she carried out the examination. I was at ease and calm throughout the treatment. The front desk was friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful in explaining what I did not understand in the billing process. The clinic is very inviting.I've loved my experience with everyone there and can't recommend them enough.

β β β β β Poor service attitude . Although there have whatapps group to follow-up of ur teeth, but the next batch braces is delayed over than one month and there is no response to the question in the group. Also do private msg to consultant also does not respond at all (selective Non-response) . Two sets of braces were missing in the next batch braces. I asked consultants in the group that they were reissued this week but I still didn't receive it on Sunday. They didn't give any respond to my messages in group. It really waste my time for waiting for my braces...
Please consider whether you want to go to this clinic for braces. The price on fb is not the cheapest bcz you will be asked to add a lot of things according to your teeth. Please consult more clinics for the aligners. Not recommend this clinic.

β β β β β I had dental implants placed after orthodontic treatment. I am so happy with my smile, the doctors and periodontist there totally removed my fear of having dental implants. My parents, who have been struggling with their dentures for years are now going for all on four (all on 4) dental implants to support their teeth!

4 years+ already yet my teeth still nt having any improvement.
Terrible service, learn how to be gentle to ur patient, dun so rude. different solutions provided by different dentist but end up my teeth is like mixing different idea from diff dentist, end up nt even have any improvement on my teeth after 4 years. dentist keep changing constantly, every solutions also required additional charges that might round up to rm500+, until now, no fixed solutions were provided. Dentist need to be professional with their services, no matter you're rushing time or what, pls treat ur customer nicely,if nt it just leaves bad impression to patients. Nurses might also realized the rude attitude, and they end up concerning the patient,asking if im okay with the dentist rude treating. Btw,is tis permanent braces service?

β β β β β Great service!!! The nurses were really polite and friendly. Dr. Shaun (not sure about spelling sorry) was straight forward and good. I did scaling before doing my attachment for my clear aligners (which I did with Dr. Clear Aligners) and I was quite nervous but the doctor and nurse did it so quickly. I was skeptical about doing scaling anywhere else from my usual place as I was afraid it was gonna hurt or they will do it roughly but they didn't! The nurse at the counter even gave me FREE goodies! Thank you to her and the doctor and the polite nurse that explained to me about my aligners. Good job everyone! So happy with my experience here.

β β β β β Did my scaling here. The people are friendly and also helpful. The doctors are great and efficient. At least when I book my appointment time, I only need to wait around 5 minutes for my turn. Keep up the good work :)
