Locals with IC Register RM1. My treatment was RM2. Doctors are friendly.
The only downside is waiting time. Come early at 8 so can settle faster

First timer,pay rm1, fill up the red booklet. Get a paper card number and waited to be call, next you get system generated number from registration counter.
At the second counter, medical officer will check blood pressure and ask the treatment you wanted for today.
Then move to another seating area and wait to b call into theatre.
Overall process takes around 2hours for me.
Service is good but dont compare it with the self paid dental service outside
