Poor Service. Already complain to NCCC (National Consumer Complain Centre) about this company.
Hopefully NCCC take action & no more victims.

โ โ โ โ โ BEWARE!!! THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS. THE DEVICE DIDN'T WORK FOR ME WHEN I TRAVEL TO USA (AUG 23-SEP 08, 2019). THEY NEVER RESPOND TO CALLS/EMAILS OR WHATSAPPS. AND THEY DIDN'T REFUND ME AT ALL INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT RM 200.00 AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH I HAVE RETURNED THE POCKET WIFI (8TH SEPT 2019).

โ โ โ โ โ Wifi able to get connected on the first few days, but never worked after the first 4 days, (I've booked for 14 days). Never answer to email or whatsapp messages when the issue happened. Service is worst and they are totally a scam.

Do not trust this company!
Couldnโt connect the internet at all when I travel to Korea, returned the device by pos laju.
The next day, Iโve checked the tracking number it stated has been delivered and received by one of their staff name SUE.
When I asked for the refund through EMAIL and WhatsApp call they did not reply and return my call!!

โ โ โ โ โ I've also been cheated off this company. 2-weeks of rental+deposit and no device. I encourage you to lodge a complaint to the Ministry Home of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. Only in unity can they be taken down.

No pocket wifi deliver after payment + deposit. Can I lodge report the company was doing scam?
When I arrived airport just got to know the seller didn't ready pocket wifi for my holidays (pls just imagine how u feel n angry). This company didn't give u any reason n apologize at all !! They just replied my Email after 4 days and will do refund within 7working days. But almost a month no refund and no reply. Called the office number many times, lastly a guy answered called n told me WIFIbaby moved out since June2019. But this company still remain the address n contact number in their website (when I booked the pocket wifi on June2019).
I will take further action to against this Company .

All supposed to be hotline numbers never worked " the number you call not in service", try to l Whastapp never read and never pick up call, cannot find address for this company.
After 2 weeks still ignored all the Call/Email/WhatsApp and never refund the deposit to the consumers.
Personally visit KLIA2 shop, is located at L1 Capsule Transit Hotel check in counter, ask hotel staff how to refund deposit, they said here is just a place just to collect and return device, all others enquire please contact WiFiBaby Hong Kong office.
A Scam , do not use or buy their products!!
