this place is always crowded even at 10 pm. the staffs particularly at order desk and cashier are always look stressed, probably due to high number of order. Pity them, because i almost feel sorry to place order and may think twice to come again. Satay was nice but seating area indoor is too stuffy, lack fresh air and very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satay has the same taste as sungai ramal but the store is very stingy with the gravy (kuah kacang). Customer service is really bad. Bought satay for 3 people to eat but the gravy enough for one person only. Ask for more and the staffs will quote RM5 for 2 scoops of gravy with a small ladle. You're better off visiting the sungai ramal branch instead they're not stingy with the gravy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satay is big, very tasty & worthy for the price. Peanut sauce is just so-so, nothing to wow about. They are quite stingy on condiments like cucumber & onions though. We ordered 50pcs of satay but only got 5 small slices of onion & a handful of cucumber. Good place for satay lovers. The 4 stars is for satay only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another branch of Satay Willy. We prefer this branch because it has proper table and seats. Don’t worry, their satay still taste same like in Ramal Junction. Yummy! Though, their premise is a little bit warmer.
