★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've heard about this shop for some time but only visited very recently. They offer superb wine for all walks of life. Love their customer service. The staffs know what to suggest when comes to wine selection. I definitely recommend this place for wine lovers.

You might order some snack or some Chinese traditional bites from the menu belong to next door restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get in touch with customer service with regards to sourcing some wine. Quite shocked by service. Person did not seem to understand my question and contradicted themselves. So do they have 2 or 3? Perhaps some training in customer service would be helpful. Person was quite rude and uninformed. Reading through the comments, it seems like this is a common issue and it is really letting down their customers.
Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner. Letting your customer know their concerns are heard and that steps are being taken to fix the matter goes a long way. Thank you.
