★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those office / service center have yet to open and you gonna wait no where . No waiting area & you gonna stand there & wait ! What a joke ! If you first time coming over here, you gonna fainted. The registration itself already very troublesome. Register at level SL if you parking at the goldhill car park. Then if you so happened exit to the 7-eleven or the cafe there, you drop your card already & when go back to the lift lobby you gonna register one more time. My Godness !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has 7 eleven and a cafe when you enter the building. For the first timer, you need to give your IC for register and no need for the second time and so on. The lift, you need to enter the number of the level and it will tell you which lift will you be taken and itbwill take you directly to the level. Everything is clean, the guard also polite.

The Swatch service centre here is also terrible. Slow service but charge more expensive. Better service should be given for the price paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is very tight. You need to know precisely where you are going and what you want to do or the guards wouldn't help you at all - they won't even bat an eyelid!
All in all, this office building houses many important businesses and it's nice to see good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded to new lift system and there’s no buttons inside the lift. There are touchscreen outside the lifts for you to key in the floor number. Then you need to watch the display as it will show you which lift is assigned to your floor.
Visitors are required to register with security to access the offices.
