BUT we have to go one building to another to get things done. Why can't everything be placed in one building? We have to go to lift A then lift B which was in different building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My license was swapped with another person when returning visitor pass who has gone far away from MBSA. Requires cash/cheque payment only, front desk staff entertaining other staffs much more than a single customer kept waiting for nothing in the room, still requires writing on paper just to be typed again on the spot in the computer, not sufficiently digitalized = inefficient operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service so slow they make it look like an art form. Went there on a Friday afternoon and was first in the queue after waiting for 45 minutes for the doors to open (Yay! Or so I thought ?) Lady who was supposed to be at my counter coolly strolls in at 3.05pm although the counter opens at 2.45.
She then proceeds to tell me that my permit is not ready even though I have a collection slip, and tells me to come another day or call the person in-charge (fat chance of anyone picking up the phone)
And so I was told to come back, take a number and queue on another day after waiting for more than an hour. That's the civil service for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their eps system has been down for days so, payment couldnt be made. The saman i received is 270 but if pay on the same day it couldnt have been 18. Now sbb system down i have to pay 270. Lousy webpage, eveytime down. Until now in smart selangor and flexi pay still no record of my saman.

Ask the pengawai inside, when re-open
Only show his 2 finger
So as my understanding it’s 2pm reopen back after Friday prayer
When it’s 2pm, asked again it say 2.45pm
Arguing saying just now he mention 2pm, then it say no I didn’t mention 2pm
Such a malas pengawai, don’t even get up to inform properly
Semua gaji buta, waste of country resources

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLOWSLOWSLOW. Kaunter so many but working efficiency like only 1 kaunter. Went to there so many times for application but always different method from differrent pegawai so called " Lain Pegawai Lain Cara" . Person A said can but when next day come Person B say no. Oldschool process method, actualyl dont deserve for 1 star also
