★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it only 4 counter operating when there's a total of 8 counters available. People had to queue but newcomers get to see the officers first. Waiting time is close to one hour. Time spend for one customer is unnecessarily long. Not efficient, not effective. I guess it's not economical as well since there's 2 officers to give you waiting numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now already all activities are open fully but this place... still limited numbers per day. Came at 11am, they told no more number. Told us come back 2.45pm for another round of number taking. Cannot even give us the number for noon session when we are standing right there. Do mbsa staff have lunch breaks for 2.5 hours now? 12pm -2.45pm? (assuming lunch at 12 since 11am also no more number). I highly suspect there are little napoleans inside doing things as they like And making us rakyat suffer but have to continously come back again and again. If cannot handle, make appointment system! This is my 2nd time facing this same issue.
