Updated: Need to keep on chasing deposit back from them, which i had already returned from my trip close to 2 months??!! So irresponsible. Please avoid them!!!!! No more next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE (2 May): Just discovered that the company issued a notice on 31 March that it will close down operations. My last email to them was 4 April. No news from them yet on the RM200 deposit that is owed since mid Feb.

Definitely one of the cheapest rates, but not worth it because:
1. Sub par customer service: unfriendly branch staff who makes you feel like you owe them for waiting for you to collect/drop off the device and no explanation given during collection.
2. Delay in deposit refund: delay after delay due to 'management restructuring'. Promised to refund by 28 March (more than 60days after drop off) but to no avail.
I've rented from them 3 times (lol idk why) but doubt I'll return because I had to wait for ungodly timeliness for the deposit refund.
Honestly, you're better off buying a local sim card from Lazada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service sucks! I've waited 2 months for my refund and I still have not receive it. I've called and texted them but all they do is ask me to wait as they check but still never come back to me with any answer, I always had to follow up. Honestly, no more next time. BOOOOO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy pick up and return at KLIA2. Friendly staff. Excellent coverage all around Jeju island. Easy to carry and charging is required only about once a day, if you use it the whole day.
The only downside is they took longer than expected to return the deposit. Had to reach out to them to ask for it, good thing they are very reachable via email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deposit has been hold for more than a month. Now, when I ask when can get refund? They promote me a 'token' for enjoy free WiFi trip but to exchange with my RM200 deposit. Then what's the purpose of "FREE WiFi trip'?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other people commented... It's true that they hold our deposit beyond then the promised date. I returned the device on 04DEC and they emailed me said internal restructuring and only can proceed with the refund on 15FEB. That's really unacceptable! We're rightfully and lawfully eligible to get our refund back as stated in the terms and conditions. They also offered "compensate" to exchange the deposit with another future rental of their WiFi. To me, that's not compensate at all! That's finding excuses to hold your deposit! :( SAD.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is zero or negative star I would absolutely give this company that.. as commented in earlier post which I have read all this company has no intention of refunding any deposit.. so it's a big NO NO to rent from this company ever.. serves them right in closing up the company as they are dishonest and this clearly is a conman job.. !@#$
