★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with renting a car from Suria. The communications to booking a car, confirming meet up locations, pick up and drop off were very smooth and efficient. In particular, I want to commend Ms Vicky who had to wait a long time for us as we had to wait to collect our PCR tests at KLIA. She was very patient and always smiling and courteous. Fuss free car rental experience and would do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Rented a car that has very bad corroded battery. Was stuck when battery went dead on 2nd day. Company ask me to call car workshop replace first and will refund me. Almost 6 weeks now and still not refunded for the new battery cost. So customers need to pay for maintenance and parts repair of cars? I did not even ask for compensation of inability to use for one whole day. How to take action?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting with Suria Car Rental for a few times and they have always delivered great service. Communication with delivery & pick-up team is always smooth.
But, any arrangement with their customer service is hopeless. Recommend to directly contact whoever is in touch with you for any arrangement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon making a booking, I promptly received an email confirming the request and informing me that another e mail to confirm my booking would follow. Unfortunately, this e mail never arrived until AFTER my trip. I spent almost an hour in KLIA calling all the listed numbers in Suria Car Rental website but none of the calls were answered. This rental company caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
