Clean, decent-sized rooms.
Very fairly priced.
Available, safe parking.
Good location, with nearby restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, self-serving laundrettes, mini-markets.
Worth the stay!

โ โ โ โ โ decent hygiene. looks like new hotel, alot of room and very high tech with self-check in kiosk rather than counter check in hassle. No food ordering service. parking space nearby is fair, not too crowded. good for short stay and visiting relatives or friend for night stay.

โ โ โ โ โ New n spacious rooms. Can use machine for check in n out. Only drawback is only one key card given. So if u book more than 2 person per room, if one person wants to go out then when come back has to have roommate come down. That's why I gave 3stars.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service attitude. I booked for the property on Booking.com on 18th April, with confirmation email received from Booking.com at 8.56pm. Went to hotel to check in at 9.19pm but the self check in kiosk says it is unavailable. I called the property and the service desk told me 'just wait lah'. Literally these 3 words. No effort to help check with booking.com. I asked for the receptionist name and he just kept saying 'NO!' and asked me 'WHY?' repeatedlu. Never experienced such bad service before yet the charges at this hotel rate is at premium compared to other boutique hotels. Little did I then know that my booking date is then modified to 29th Apr. I had only found that out at 9.25pm in which I did not do any modification at all. perhaps it was done to avoid me being able to leave bad review on booking.com. Worst experience ever!!

โ โ โ โ โ Only one pillow provided per person, no iron board and when asked to be shifted to a different room since the initial room had a joining door and no privacy, the next room given to us was too small. No drinking water bottle , no coffee sachets and no coffee stirs were provided in the room. For the price paid, it is not a worth stay. Otherwise, room was clean and staffs were cooperative. Most importantly, it was not easy to reach the manager or the owner due to the lack of service received. No one is available at the reception counter until had to wait for some time when one of the cleaning staffs came down. I would insist the owner to provide his/her contact number which could be reached by customers easily rather than reporting the issue later on which does not benefit the customer in any way. Honestly speaking, not a very pleasant stay.

- Pillow provided were not really comfortable.
- No drinking water bottles, coffee/sugar/creamer sachets & stirrers were provided.
- Iron & ironing board were provided but it's located in public area. I have to dress decently just to get my clothes ironed ?. Maybe you can consider to equip room for couples & families with iron & ironing board.
Plus points:
- Good location - lots of restaurants (halal & non-halal), launderettes, mini markets & pharmacies nearby.
- Ample parking space.
- Self check-in kiosk made the process much more easier. Our check-out was at the counter though.
- Friendly staff.
- Room cleanliness ?
