★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service, presently got maybank card promotion which include the ATM card but then the customer service said not included. Typical lousy customer service who just want to serve the company profit not customer benefit. Room is small and tiny. Only good thing is free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in both Premier and Deluxe Room. If you come with your family (2 adults+2 kids), Premier Room suits you better, unless you're here alone for a business trip, then Deluxe Room should be ok already. This hotel has a cafe downstairs and ample parking space at the basement. It has a swimming pool at the rooftop. Located strategically at Puchong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and the roomz was reserved by relatives for us to have a good rest before our enroute home. It was clean, with all the necessities provided however even staying at 8th of 9th floor, the vehicle noises are alarmingly loud. Thankfully past midnight it wasn't as high traffic when we first checked in (about 9-10pm). Mainly it's the motorcycle noises however we were too tired and did truly have a good sleep nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room has no fridge. Has multilevel parking. Paid RM20 to get a special parking close to the lobby. The concierge & security are lovely but the staff at the restaurant are slow, inattentive and quite rude. The buffet is limited. The food are often tough to chew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall environment, cleanliness and service is acceptable. Execpt website stated bathrobe will be provide but it doesn’t at all, probably because of pandemic SOP but staff did not mention and just said doesn’t provide at all. TV selection is not much : Astro AEC, Supersport or Fox Movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better budget hotel, RM150 price point per night. Decent amenities. Free parking. Rooms are clean but not very well maintained. Old water leaks not cleaned up and the floor I was at was smoky/dusty? Still, it's a decent hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stay in Mtree hotel attending government course. Very comfortable room and food are delicious. The parking lot is very narrow and u need to go to the highest floor only can proceed to exit at lowest floor because the parking is in one way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty tricky to reach the hotel parking and the traffic in Puchong area where the hotel is located can be very frustrating.
The decor of the hotel is modern and smart but the room is pretty small and can be kind of claustrophobic if you are staying with another person. Not enough floor space to pray, which is a major downside for Muslims. Has to do it on the bed instead.
Sales staff was slow in responding to any queries or concerns and I had to contact the manager for actions to be taken. Overall it was obvious that the hotel lacks manpower, especially waiters and bellboy. The security guard helped to send luggage and event's items to the hall.
This was a work stay. If asked would I go again for my personal stay.... Nope.
