Thank you for the excellent service for Neko when he came for grooming at your place. Just to clarify the issue posted earlier , Neko( our puppy ) did not damage the harness bought at your place dear. I had no complaints for grooming all this while but itβs still our right to voice on inequality products so that you can make some changes from your end for your customers. Neko was on the harness when the stitches came off completely( photos sent to your WhatsApp). We were quite concerned regarding this as this can take his life if heβs been off harness on a busy road ... canβt imagine this! Any 6 month puppy would behave hyper dear and thatβs why we getting the harness for ... The quality was only seen after Neko put it on for an hour. And itβs not right to blame the poor dog for an inequality products dear. Furpets are too innocent and you shouldnβt put the blame on them. Iβm strongly against your reply to my husband saying that Neko damaged it dear , apparently he didnβt!
On the other hand , we are happy with your grooming services for all the furpets in the family. Looking forward for more visits to Wonderful Pet as itβs still the best in the town.

β β β β β Worst experience ever, never bathe the pet properly.. my pet still smelly and the place is quite smelly and selling non quality products, kindly avoid this grooming place .. and thanks for reminding me about the harness, how is it possible that my dog can precisely bite off the stitches, no worries.. I'm not that particular about the harness. I may find some other groomers next time....since there are many groomers out there..thank you for your services .
