β β β β β Second time here. Brough my friend here to see the Jalan alor the most popular tourist destination. W.A.W restaurant must order their chicken wings. And some seafood. As my friend allergic with it so we canβt try.
But the food as in the picture are full for 2 people. Food price is reasonable.
Convenient and c thereβs a lot Kk mart.

β β β β β A favorite tourist destination that has declined in quality. They used to have great chicken wings, but In the last visit the taste has changed, the steamed cockles are not fresh. they need to improve to make me come back again

β β β β β Be prepared to be waiting for a table, waiting for food and eating for about 2 hours or more during weekends and especially if there is a public holiday near.
We ordered tofu, bbq chicken, vege, satay and fried rice. Unfortunately only the vege tastes good. The tofu was sour, which I assume they kept it out for too long before cooking. The chicken was also sour and has no bbq taste/aroma, just looks. Satay was ok as it was juicy and as for the peanut sauce, I had better. Fried rice has no flavor and it's dry. They didn't ask us what size portion we wanted and they just went for the medium size for 4 people on all dishes. Too much food actually.
They force you to pay for their wet tissues as it was written in the receipt (we didn't use them) so we were forced to bring it back. Overall a bad experience and not worth it. The publicity and name made tourists and local people outside of kl come here but honestly I wouldn't come back.

β β β β β One of the best chicken wings i ever eaten. To my pleasant surprise, they also have ηθ . Satay is too tough and meaty. Love their hokkien mee with generous spread of pork lard crisp.

Atmosphere - 2/5 crowded and very hard get seat. Inside have aircond and open air option
Food 3/5 some quite nice some not nice
Service 3/5 alot of people but service sometimes still slow
Overall just for the crowd and bring friends is worthy it.

β β β β β One of the premier food place along Jalan Alor, there is a perennial crowd eating there, even in a raining evening.
We ordered satay, grilled chicken wings, grilled stingray fish, fried dried shrimps with pork Fallopian tubes, La La and boiled cockles. The wings, the grilled sting ray and the Fallopian tubes were still so good! Especially the wings and the stingray.
Satay was a mistake. The rest were so so. Service was fast and the food was served very quickly.
You can choose to sit alfresco or in air conditioned rooms. Bring your friends from overseas and impress them with the sights and sounds of Jalan Alor culminating in dinner here. I am sure your standing will go up a couple of notches.
