β β β β β After I left my parking and check the plastic bag only realize They didn't provide me with a receipt and I have no choice but to ask them courtesy to just pass the receipt to me as it so difficult to get parking again. It takes less than 30 seconds for them to just run down to pass the receipt where they suppose to provide one in the first place. There is 3 of them in the counter and none willing to offer this little help and I guess everyone who visited that area understand how horrible is to get a parking over that area. The nurse expect me to go back, find a parking and walk up again just to get the receipt. So unhelpful :(

β β β β β Not recommended. I don't mind to pay the consultation fee if you tell me go to hospital for treatment as soon as possible but instead you give me 5 days antibiotic and cream for my wound. The next day is getting worse, went to see pharmacist, she told me go to hospital immediately. Even pharmacist can do better job than you. Those have skin problem can go and let pharmacist take a look, can save a lot of money.

β β β β β Went for to check on my skin that was full of acne since secondary school(I'm 23 now). Was given roaccutance and after 6 months, my skin is way clearer compared to before. There are still scars but roaccutance reduced all the inflammation on my skin and with very little side effect due to lower dosage compared to what I've researched on the Internet. You have to be patient and give some time for the treatment to work. If dosage is too high, it can be detrimental to other aspects of health (do your research on high mg roaccutane side effect)

β β β β β went for treatment for my acne problem. got presription for accutane. no check whatsoever during the consultation. did not have me sign for anything. very casual for a control medicine. charge for very expensive rate for a 10 minutes talk. give me low dosage compared to my body weight which did nothing to my face. we did not have any monthly checkup during my whole entire course. as long as you pay they are happy to sell. then sold my info to a beauty company who called and offer me free 1 time treatment. wont recommend this place to even my worse enemy.

β β β β β Visited a few weeks back during RMCO, called to make appointment beforehand but they just told me to walk in.
At 11am there were quite a few patients waiting before me, but it didnβt take long for my name to be called. Small waiting room but everyone maintained social distancing well. Dr Wong was kind and professional, and answered all my questions clearly.
Iβm still in my course of treatment, so canβt comment on the results yet. Price for meds and consultation werenβt too high.

β β β β β Can't be trusted. Visited a few weeks ago was given medicine that was about to expire in 8 days. Even though the diagnosis the doc gave suggested it was a months-long problem. I had to return for a refund of the medicine and found out that they knew it was close to expiry. Says a lot about integrity.
Worst part? Since I felt uncomfortable after my experience at Wong's clinic, i consulted another doctor a few days later. This new doctor did a proper lab test and found out that Wong's diagnosis was wrong and i didn't even need to take the antibiotics and medicine they gave. I also found out that one of the medicines Wong's Clinic suggested to me is actually only used for a last resort and has multiple side effects.
If you insist on going here, please be careful. Check for expiry dates and do your own research about the medicine that the doctor suggests.
