★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic was newly renovated, went 3 times this year and met 3 different doctors. All the doctors was very good and knowledgeable. The staff was very polite too. The doctor shares the information regarding the medication before prescribed it. He also listened to our medical problem patienly before started to examine us. Would highly recommend this clinic to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time! called a day early to set an appointment for a RTK testing. The staff informed me that you dont need an appointment and can walk in from 9am till 12pm or 2pm-4pm. So when i went at 2pm i was told they only do screening before 12pm. Now i need to rush to a different clinic and get tested for something urgent. next time please share the correct information so customer doesnt have to waste their time waiting and rushing to another plce

I was having flu and headache after covid vaccination. By right, it’s a simple case and should be fast.
However, the nurse lost track of my record! At the end, I consulted doctor twice, and spent 1 hour in the clinic waiting, I see patients come after me, but leave before me. and lastly, I only receive Panadol! (whereby doctor verbally said there will be flu medicine as well).
There are about 4-5 nurses at the counter, where is your professionalism? Please be responsible and stop giving excuses saying “system lag”.
Imagine if the patient case is serious and urgent, how could u done mistake like that to “skip” the patient record? This is truly unacceptable.
