I placed an order on 13 april during MCO restrictions and patiently waited for order dispatch. On 21 april, i received a message which stated 'Shipment delay: We are so sorry that it's taking longer than expected as currently as our operations and suppliers both adjusting to the MCO restrictions and safety guideline. Your order is scheduled to be despatched within the next 7-10 working days. Alternatively you may request for a cancellation and a full refund will be provided to you within 24 hour. And we will notify you again once the product delivery is back to normal.'
Unfortunately, there was no refund action or button allowed in the wynora.com. Then, i proceeded to open ticket. The ticketing system was not working.
Luckily, i managed to approach Wynora via whatapps and requested a refund. They promised to process refund and update me within 24 hours.
Thier promise is empty. They did not update me within 24 hours. I was the one who followed up the progress.
The follow-up already took 5 days, however, i still dont get the refund.
In additional, i found out there was a price difference for the same item in the official website and shopee in the same day.
