★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like his scissors was moving fast but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now there is a patch around my ear that looks bald-ish but he says it is because of the shape of my right ear.. and trust him that in 2 days time it will be OK.

Talk a lot like very professional but hair cut not professional at all.
Just talk nonsense only.
Told hairdresser the cut not even, the hairdresser said is way you sleep that caused the hair cut not even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the price I had really no expectations... So I went there told the hairstylist exactly what I wanted. Just a short Bob. The stylist, (sorry don't know his name) the taller guy with short hair took a lot of effort and time to make sure it looked good, and he also gave me advice on how to blow it. Very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son there for a hair cut instead of our usual salon at SS2, due to shortage of time. Regrettably, we had a bad experience as had to put up with poor attitude and unfriendly service from the taller male staff. My son's hair was hardly shortened from the cut, and when i asked for his hair to be cut shorter, the staff grumpily and impatiently responded that "you should have told me earlier". Granted, this is a cheap, no frills hair cut, but please have at least a bit of service orientation. We will never go there again, even if am running short of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3-stars for the girl hairdresser. She managed to follow part of the sample picture we wanted for our daughter. Her hair cutting skill is basic, can be better. But she is friendly.
As for my son’s hair, we were extremely unlucky to have a rude, grumpy male hairdresser cut our son’s hair. This male hairdresser wears a pony tail and is seemingly the oldest hairdresser there.
We gave the male hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle we wanted for our son. This hairstylist ignored the picture. So my husband had to ask for correction 5 times and the end result was just average. The hairdresser was also a little rough in handling my son’s head. So we give him 1-star (he probably doesn’t care anyway about how customers feel judging from his poor response). For the price, I think we’ll take our son to Indian barber next time - cheaper, nicer haircut and much friendlier service.
I wont be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't bother cutting here anymore. been a customer for >5 yrs. Now left with 2 hairdresser who don't know how to cut hair (pony tail uncle and slim lady in her 30's). Short hair uncle and plump lady left. stay away! end up you will have to wait until ur hair grow longer and cut somewhere else.
