★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS OUTLET. I'm giving this Bata shop @ 3 Damansara an AWESOME five-star rating because of the impeccable service. I recently brought my 2 young kids to this shop and the lady was so helpful in finding all their sizes and we ended up with 7 pairs of shoes and sandals. She was incredibly patient and thoughtful to get all the various sizes as some were of a different cut. But next comes the coolest part: With all the organised chaos that was going on, I had actually left my kid's shoes behind. It took me 5 days to realise it and when I went back.. I was honestly not expecting them to keep my shoes.. but they did!!! I am so grateful for their kind help in storing it for me. Two thumbs up for this outlet! Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called an hour before hand to inquire about a certain type of shoe. Was reassured that the type of shoe I want is in stock. When I got there, none of the shoes there were what I was looking for. I felt very cheated because my place is quite far away and I was promised that what I was looking for is there. The shop keepers and the manager weren't apologetic either. I hope the next time they will actually check if they have the shoes before saying they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very helpful. I bought a smaller sized shoe and came back for a larger size. They didn't have stock but called another store and directed me there to exchange. Took me a few minutes extra but got it all sorted out. Kudos.
