β β β β β i was a customer here to buy the full set of tubelight. Brought 2 numbers and 1 did not work. also a tap which also did not work.
went back to return he showcased that its faulty and said next time it cannot be returned. really stunned with this customer service.
The prices here are over priced when compared to Mr DIY or any other electrical shop. starter for a tube light RM 3 i can get something the same brand in my condo mini mart for RM1.
Request people to check prices outside first and then also the manager in this shop is not willing to change the faulty products. we need to buy something there to replace which is really strange.
In a sentence kindly avoid this place very BAD CUSTOMER service and too pricy.
