I came to the restaurant with my family member of 6 they allowing to order the set with Talipia Fish. When I came with my partner only 2 person for multiple times in different outlet as well, they will always tell you Talipia / Toman fish is sold out and force you to eat the expensive fish.

The fish broth with chillies was truly quite an experience. The freshness can be felt but the chillies gave me a numbing experience to my tongue. The sliced fish in the broth was soft and so fresh. The meats that we ordered had well marbled giving it better flavour. The portion was bigger hence when it is placed into the broth, it doesn't shrink to minute pieces. All these comes with their dips, tomato cherries and watermelon slices. The service was polite and good. Staff are properly trained. Ambiance was bright and cheerful. However the only setback is that is pretty noisy as there are no noise absorption in place hence the sounds are resounding all over thus making it pretty noisy when it is busy

I don't think worth the price. As mentioned by other reviewers, I went there early but they mentioned the cheaper fish option (talapia) out of stock, luckily the toman option is still available but still cost MYR97. 50 for 2 ppl option. After adding soup Myr36, sauce Myr3 per person, drinks and 2 vegetables, total cost myr235 for 2 person. Taste is averagely ok only. The waiter and waitress are very friendly but they are very busy, you have to wait a while before they could refill sauces for you. I think the menu setup is not suitable for less than 4 ppl, maybe better if go in bigger group. I would give 3 stars if the price is more reasonable.

If I can give zero I would. Honestly the 1.3kg Patin fish is a lied. Not even half of the fish, they only give multiple fish head and fish tail, only minimum fish meat which actually is not even enough for 1 person, plenty of soup to make it look full. The price costs u around RM200+ not including sauce and service charge which is ridiculous. Highly not recommend to anyone who want to come here.

Never knew why people liked Chinese steamboat ??‍♂️ this is my second time trying out Chinese steamboat. And this time .. I kinda liked it. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I was there. So checked in MySejahtera and in we went. It was welcoming .. AC was cold and place was cosy. Ordered their Mala soup based RM38. The waiter kept on pestering us to order Patin fish RM11.50 per 100g ? averaging 1.3kg per fish. Seriously? Patin for that price? There were only the 2 of us. Thinking that RM150 for the fish alone was an overkill. I prefer to sample other meat offerings. So I turned over the menu and ordered side dish instead. The waiter told me to tick ☑️ what I fancy and left us in peace. Too hard sell ??‍♂️ made me uncomfortable. I ordered lamb, pork, dumpling, cabbage and tofu skin. They put on a show when the serve the soup. ? even taught us how to eat. They charge RM3 per head for sauces, mild, medium and spicy, watermelon and cherry tomatoes. Free refills! Mala soup base - savoury, Mala and spicy at the same time. It’s addicting to say the least ? I can’t feel my lips after the 2nd bowl of soup. Pork and lamb was very fresh. Dumpling skin too thick and the size was tiny. All in all a good experience.. except for the hard selling waiter. Will return with more family members to sample other offerings. RM145+ for 2 person. Not exactly cheap but worth a try. Manned by Burmese who speaks perfect mandarin.

This is a fish hot pot restaurant with a wooden barrel with stone pebbles base. A rather different and interesting style To this you can order additional seafood or vegetables. Sets are available Food is generally good and fresh. But for this latest visit the prawn balls was not as fresh as expected Environment and service is excellent as usual

Loved the soup during our first visit. However, there was a noticable dip in the richness of the soup during our second visit during a crowded hour over the weekend. One note of concern is that they will place the wooden bucket in the centre first then pour in the soup. It's slightly risky although the staff tried their best to shield the guests from the scalding hot soup. I would prefer if the soup was already in the bucket. Overall the food quality is great. The fish especially is fresh and sweet but at this price it very well should be! There is also three different types of sauces which can be mixed and matched to suite your taste. The staff is very attentive and will try their best to fulfill your requests. However, during that busy period we had placed an additional order with the staff which was aknowledged but ultimately unfulfilled.
