There is a large room for improvement, especially with the price they are charging. I appreciated their intention to fulfil my expectation and requirement for the result of extraction, but let's be honest they just don't have the skill. To be honest I went back to my usual facial place right after Sothys as my acnes were still there after extracted and checked twice by Sothys. They said they had cleared all the blackheads and that they couldn't do anything to what's left. And my usual facial place did the job, cleared my deep acnes with needles for 20 minuets (after 3hrs in Sothys). So my personal experience with Sothys was basically a waste of time and money.
