★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs answer are always "tak tahu or tak pasti" so disappointed.. it's better for you to just googled your questions rather than coming here..they know nothin about their products..so unprofessional ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here a month ago, having my newly purchase Redmi Note 9 Pro sent for warranty check, due main camera lens collecting dust.
The receptionist and technician handle it with good response and the problem rectify within half an hour.
Unfortunately it occur again after few weeks. When I check in again, the receptionist is a different person. I explained that I just need the lens cleared one more time, so I can install a lens protector with a ring, to avoid it collecting dust.
But she replied, in polite manner, that the technician is a different guy and he's not sure how to rectify this issue. I was told to come back another time, preferably in the morning (it was 6.30 pm at that time and they close at 7.00 pm).
A bit disappointed to be honest. Just to share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their techinician just tell me my phone is dent..n warranty void. When i ask to show me where is the dent...they tell me if dent can't claim warranty. I just blur n don't know what is this service....so bad..very bad.. so early judgement without properly check it. The truth my phone is still new n no dent. Problem is charging problem... i just snap my phone back..n rather go to service centre area selangor or kuala kumpur. Very bad...
