★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Mi service Center. Taken my earbud due to faulty and said will refund money in two weeks and thereafter called many time but still saying process. Not reliable to trust this brand as well as this service Center. Very bad at their service as more than 4 weeks money not returned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, I asked to repair my xiaomi phone at early August, said will update the info with me but no exact date of when I could take back the phone. Ok, maybe I could wait for a month. Then on early September, I asked again of the status of my phone, I was told to wait AGAIN until 8/9, then I could take back my phone. On 8/9, I wanted to confirm with them, but no reply until 9/9, which they said “tmr", WHAT? TMR? Lmao, hilarious, so my phone wasn't treated properly?? And on the next day, another person I guess, more polite, said miss a spare tire which is going to arrive on 23/9, fuuunnnyyy. Of course, I already lost my patience, I wanted to call them to confirm the situation, and yet, no answer, just messaged me to wait. Well, if you have choice, please go for another service centre to repair, such bad attitude, they won't let you know about any details about your repair status, even if you asked, they will try to put off, giving excuses, and until now I still have not receive any ”updates“ about my beloved xiaomi phone, can you imagine not having a phone for several months, its okay if it takes a longer time to repair, but how can you not update to customer about it? Unfortunately, you deserve zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why there is NO ORI HP BATTERY available for warranty claim. Have to wait delivery from China for about 2 weeks. Even courier services for online order takes much faster. Maybe Xiaomi management have to look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about others, but for my experience in 11/4/2022, the counter boy is patient and nicely to me overall is nice. The customer hotline phone also is answered and help me checking process when I called. Fixing is faster than I expected 11am passed my phone to counter 3pm call me for collect and done changing a mainboard . Good experience for me
