★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung premium service center inside the popular gadget mall in middle of the town. Very clean and tidy setup. Professional and friendly staff to listen to your phone problems and advise service and eepair accrdingly. You need to wait few hours as this place is crowded usually. They might ask you to collect next day sometimes. Parking is at the basement of the mall.

1st day: Eight counters but only two were opened.
Made appointment before coming but still need to wait long.
Said will finish after three hours but not finished. Came back after another hour still not finished.
Asked the concierge guy to ask the technician how long more? Then technician said it would finish tomorrow.
Already made a pre-booking before came & the parts had arrived but something "happened" and they had to order the parts again. What point to pre-book ?♂️
If I hadn't asked the concierge, maybe I'll be waiting until night before they tell me to come back tomorrow. Very incompetent and poor service.
2nd day: Called them BEFORE coming & they said phone is done. Came by & still had to wait for almost an hour just to pickup the phone???
Customer service don't know how to prioritize appointment and/or service ?♂️ Should take TEN minutes only to take phone.
Can't tell whether two or three counters were opened since one staff always got off his desk to somewhere.
Saw two staff talking to ONE customer while other customers are waiting. Such a bad impression & looked super unprofessional like the centre is some coffee shop.
*This centre opens from 11am despite stated at the centre that it opens from 10am
**Samsung really need to hire more staff. At least three counters should always open here on weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low quality service, no time respact they changed some parts with not orginal one. After service the phone become hot battery drop down very fast. Note: my phone is Samsung Note 8 they changed screen( display) battery and charging port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed as all customers who want to inquire on warranty claims and people who want to retrieve their products had to line up for such a long time. I got my turn after waiting almost 30 minutes. Only after my turn I saw around 5 staff came out from the office. Please improve this next time.
